Friendly staff, central for exploring the surrounding area or as overnight stop when travelling in that part of France. Walking distance (2km) to lovely village of St Lizier.

Nice reception for hoteliers.
Gloomy sevice at dinner. Waitress unmotivated. Breakfast very poor value.

The staff were very friendly and made us all feel very welcome. I particularly liked the traditional style and decor of the hotel.

The food was top notch!
It was not easy to locate in the town! The initial appearance was not quite as smart as one might expect but everything was just fine and the food/staff made up for any small deficiencies in appearance.

The friendliness of the staff and the hotel encapsulating 'the French experience'.
The breakfast provided could be much improved upon.

Very welcoming and friendly, staff were polite and considerate. Check out took a long time due to new computer software and the receptionist had not received any training on it but it was the first day of the new season.
Very thin walls, I would not recommend this place if you are intending to be noisy.

Charming and responsive family management. Warm welcome, good advice on region. Tasteful restaurant with good response to needs of hungry cyclists.

Pleasant, old-fashioned hotel with a lot of charm. Nice pool and surely an excellent restaurant. Helpful staff with good language skills.
Unfortunatly the hotel was not very convienient for our 4- and 5-year old children. They are calm and well behaved, but in these hotel surroundings they suddenly seemed too noisy and we felt uncomfortable around the other guests.

Friendly staff, good restaurant
Problems with the carpeting in our room that left a damp smell that was covered up initially by a strong air freshener

Very, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, beautiful room with terrace (we had Nr. 7 facing the gardens), old-style charming interior and furniture.
The restaurant offering menus and a la carte and even the breakfast (€ 12.-) are totally overprized. The dishes are not bad, but no value for money. We guess, this a common phenomenon in many French 3-star hotels.

This hotel is located in a countryside. It has a garden where you can relax. And, the the restaurant is probably one of the best I have ever experienced.
No. Nothing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent with a great choice of wine to accompany the food. We were able to park under cover and given a room close to the parking area.
